Our server is housed in a UK data centre in the heart of London, connection though an unlimited pipe, thus allowing fast connectivity from around the world. Our users receive as part of their package a WEB based server management tool, thus allowing our customer base full access to the system from any location that has Internet access from around the world.

Although we have set up bandwidth limitations on all our packages, unlike most hosting companies we do not disrupt your internet services if this bandwidth is reached in any one month. We simply monitor your usage and should your traffic increase over a prolonged period, we will contact you and advice that your account need to be upgraded.

As with ALL hosting companies, we can not be held liable for any disruption to the service that we have no control over. As with most companies we will contact all the required services (BT, NTL, TELEWEST etc) and will do all that is practically possible to resume the service. Any issues arising from our controlled systems will be fixed within a 4 hour period.
