We (Microdot
Computing Services) never allow access to our customer database or our
customer details by any other companies, once your details are passed to us we
keep them on file for our own use only and may contact you from time to time
to keep you updated with news and offers that we feel are of use to you. You
may opt out of the news service at any time by updating your customer account
details.
Account Details .
We never request full account details from our customers by e-mail, should
you receive an e-mail requesting any of your customer details, please delete
it..
Credit Card Information.
All credit card transactions are
carried out by PayPal and as such we do NOT hold any of your credit card
information on our systems. PayPal conducts a fast and secure service, but
remember that we and they NEVER contact you asking for your information, this
is done when you login to your account on PayPal. Never give your address or
credit card details to any one.
Cookies.
Our system use's cookies to store
information that it needs to keep your account secure, these cookies do not
hold any personal details, nor do they hold any password information that
could be used to hack your account. These cookies ensure that your session
